Privates and Semi-privates
Scheduled throughout the day and are booked in advance or by appointment only. All sessions are tailored to the clients individual needs.
All-in-one group class
Clients must have pilates apparatus experience and be approved by an instructor before joining any group. The Pilates in Port instructor can decide which level is appropriate.
Different apparatus will be used in this class including: reformer, tower, wunda chair, mat, and barrels.

24 Hour Notice must be given if you cancel an appointment. If a person in a semi-private, private, or group class misses an appointment or fails to give the full 24 hour notice, that person will be charged the full fee. Payment is required at the time of the visit. If a person in a semi-private does give the full 24 hour notice the person remaining will have a private session if a replacement cannot be found. All group classes are subject to cancellation by the instructor if there is not a minimum of two people . All checks to be made out to Total Body Dynamics, Inc.
